  • Silk nakshi kantha work throws and comforts – Made in silk with an abundance of intricate embroidered patterns and colours, the fabric is hand stitched together in a traditional Indian style of hand quilting called Kantha or Gudri. These are collectible kanthas, different from the usual cotton ones we use everyday, given the unique artwork style, known as ‘nakshi kantha’ with silk as the creative canvas. The patterns are not printed… they are all painstakingly hand-embroidered… in extreme detail. It takes more than 6 months for one such piece to be made and is a labour of love combined with high-end craftsmanship. These silk kantha pieces can be used as bedspreads and throws, but are often put up as wall art.
  • Lovely Kantha throw –  Made in striking patterns, perfect for a splash of colour on the sofa or bed. These hand quilted throw made with layers of 100% cotton in block printed patterns, hand stitched together in a traditional Indian style of hand quilting called Kantha or Gudri.
  • Astounding motifs – Motifs of the tree of life, animals and birds brings this applique work to life. Fabric pieces, in a contrasting colours, are carefully cut and shaped into motifs and then stitched onto a larger base fabric. Use to create layers and add colours as a bedspread, sofa throw; or hang up as wall art
  • Striking applique artwork – Both elegant and different from the usual styles, this is a true work of art. It uses a large layer of block printed fabric in a contrasting colour that is carefully cut and shaped. This piece is then layered and stitched onto another fabric that forms the base. Use to create layers and add colours as a bedspread, sofa throw or table cover, or put up as a creative wall curtain/blind.
  • Suzani artwork –  Sujani work of eastern Rajasthan is of a very fine quality that was traditionally done by Rajput women for winter wear. In earlier times, this work was done on leather, scabbards, shield-cushions, and on covers for gun-powder bags. The patterns are not printed… they are all painstakingly hand-embroidered… every detail. It takes more than 6 months for one such bedspread to be made.
